Every Omber product includes a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and structural faults such as:

We offer a 15 day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind, simply request a return within 15 days — we’ll handle the rest.

• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• The product should be returned in its original condition with all accessories and inserts.

• For stubborn stains, use mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
• When not in use, store your bag in the included dust bag to protect it from dust, dirt, and scratches.
• If your bag gets wet, air-dry it in a shaded area.
• Avoid direct heat like hairdryers or radiators, as this can damage the material.
