• 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind, simply request a return within 15 days — we’ll take care of the rest.

• We will arrange the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories and inserts.
You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched, allowing you to your order.
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please use the returns process after delivery.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to support@omber.in. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after cancellation confirmation.
