Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Omber, we design and craft products to last — using premium materials, precise construction, and timeless style. We believe you’ll rarely need this page. But if you do, we keep it simple: fair, fuss-free, and customer-friendly.


15-Day Easy Returns — No Questions Asked

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind, simply request a return within 15 days — we’ll handle the rest.

Return Conditions:

  • No questions asked during the return request
  • Return pickup and replacement arranged at no additional cost
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • Product must be unused and returned in original condition with all accessories and inserts

How Returns Are Processed

  1. Initiate a return via email or WhatsApp within 15 days of delivery
  2. We arrange a pickup from your address
  3. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we process your refund or replacement

Note: Returns and exchanges do not apply to purchases made at physical retail stores or on other e-commerce platforms.


Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and verified
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary
  • If a product fails our quality check and the return is deemed invalid, we will notify you
  • In such cases, two-way shipping costs must be settled before the product is sent back to you

Order Cancellations — Standard Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible — please use the returns process after delivery
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to support@omber.in
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 working days after confirmation
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Customised & Personalised Items

Customised, monogrammed, or personalised products are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.


How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim

  • Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged or warranty claims)
